CSD 02 candidate (with diffs) with a few corrections from previous approved
CSD:
- cardinality mismatches corrected between specification text and XML
schema.
- typo <lval-next> --> <lvar-next> (also a spec-schema discrepancy)
- some Appendices were not reflected in TOC.
- in Section 5, and Appendix C, more explicit mention of optional status of
XTemp event schema.
