Dear all,

 

Herewith some information on the certificates proposed by the European Commission in the "Directive on the taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments". It might be worth while to have a look at these and see whether or not the different items of these certificates are part of the OASIS CoR analysis. In other words, see if the OASIS work can be beneficial to the EU.
