Dear friend

We have the pleasure to invite you to the Workshop: "Local and Regional
eGovernment services to Local Business" (17th July 2003,
Brussels-Belgium).

Government must be prepared to support relationships with Business
electronically and be able to assist transformation of current practice
not only internally within Government Departments, but also within Local
and Regional business communities and their support networks.

The objective of this conference is:
- To recognize the changes occurring across Europe in this respect,
- To identify the challenges they offer to both Government and Business,

- And to define practical solutions that will support the transformation

of the Government-Business relationship.

Presentations will be made from recent research and practical experience
gained by leveraging eBusiness in local and regional contexts with
support from Government and other existing networks. The conference will
encourage constructive discussion to facilitate contributions towards
future progress in this area.

Venue: Residence Palace, Room POLAK. Rue de la Loi, 155. B 1040
