OECD Meeting

Dear members

CCRA has reserved rooms for OASIS TAX XML members at the Sutton Hotel (www.suttonplace.com) for Sunday night, September 14th until Wednesday morning, September 17th, 2003. By identifying yourself as part of the "OECD FTA E-Services Sub-committee meetings", OASIS members will receive a special rate of  C$159.00 (about US$120.00) per night. 15-20 rooms have been reserved under this rate and rooms MUST be reserved no later than August 8th.  The standard room rate is C$259.00 (US$195.00).  The OECD meeting from September 17 to September 18 will be held at the same hotel and those of you attending the OECD meeting may wish to confirm your reservations for that meeting at the same time.
We are also in the process of arranging reservations for the group on the Monday evening at a nearby restaurant. Please advise if this is something that would be of interest.
