Subject: June F2F - Potomac Maryland - Info for Reservations and Travel
The June F2F will be held at the Bolger Conference Center in Potomac, Maryland. This location is self-contained and equiped for meeting and evening events. Lodging and meals are included in the daily price of $201 (plus room tax). This is the rate for a standard room. Upgrades are available, so ask when you call to make your reservation.
The center is convenient to reach from either Reagan National or Dullas airports via super shuttle, cab or by car. Arrangements for group travel via shuttle back to the airport(s) can be arranged for the departure date, Friday, June 4. Parking is free for anyone who drives to the center.
Members coming to this meeting must reserve their room before 5:00 pm (EDT) May 12. Call (301) 983-7006 or toll free (800) 227-3664 to reserve your room. Tell agent BLOCK CODE 0406INT 02 to identify yourself as part of OASIS Tax XML group block. You will need a credit card to reserve your room. You may check in starting at 2:00 pm on June 2.
Check out will be by noon on June 4.

Anyone with special needs should let me know so I can work with the center to accommodate you. The food served at the center is buffet style, so any special dietary needs are not a problem.
For extra-meeting activities, there is a bar and sports/recreation center onsite - with a pool. The facility also has jogging/walking paths.
