Based on the feedback I received, the dates for the Philadelphia meeting
will stay May 26th and 27th.  Moving the dates actually caused more
problems for people than it would have solved, so my apologies to those few
that are still face with a conflict.

Thanks to those who replied quickly to this request so I could finalize the
arrangements.

The meeting will take place in center city Philadelphia at the Rittenhouse
Hotel  http://www.rittenhousehotel.com/    Please don't make room
reservations directly with the hotel, but notify me of the dates you plan
to stay by April 25th to obtain the discounted room rate of $199 per night.

Greetings,

Since the announcement went out last week that the next face-to-face
meeting of the TaxXML TC would be moving to Philadelphia at the end of May
on the 26th and 27th, there has been some concern that the dates clashed
with other meetings.  Also, since the dates lead into the Memorial Day
Weekend in the U.S., it may be a difficult travel day on Friday.  It was
requested that alternatives for the meetings dates be explored.  As of now,
the options are limited.   The possibilites available are to move the
meeting to Sunday and Monday, May 22 and 23, or to Monday and Tuesday, May
16 and 17.  Right now I have a confirmed price for rooms at $199.  If we
were to move the meeting to May 16 and 17, the price would go up to $240.
The other dates would keep the original price.

For those of you who are confident that you would attend this meeting,
please let me know as soon as possible whether you would strongly prefer
one set of dates over another, including whether you would prefer to keep
the meeting dates as they are.  I would appreciate your reply no later than
2:00 pm EST tomorrow, March 23, so that I can finalize the arrangements.
