F2F meeting arrangements - please respond

All,

The London Face-to-Face meeting will be held in the Conference Suite
of the New Wing of Somerset House (http://www.somerset-house.org.uk)
22nd-24th February 2006.

This will be a two-and-a-half day meeting, starting at 10am on
Wednesday 22nd and finishing at 12 noon on Friday 24th. A draft
Programme has been posted for comment in a separate mail.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to provide Internet access
during the meeting.

The most convenient hotel for the venue is the Strand Palace Hotel
(http://www.strandpalacehotel.co.uk) which is situated just a couple
of hundred metres from the Somerset House New Wing entrance. It is
also on the edge of "theatre-land" and close to the tourist
attractions of the West End, City of London and Westminster.
The closest tube station is Covent Garden, which is on the
Picadilly line direct from Heathrow.

There will be a restaurant outing on the evening of the 21st for
early arrivers and a team dinner on the evening of the 23rd.

If you are planning to attend please send me a private email
as soon as possible with the following details:

	1. Arrival day.
	2. Number of places required at evening meal on the 21st.
	3. Number of places required at evening meal on the 23rd.
	4. Departure day.
	5. Whether an organised trip to the London Eye appeals.
	6. Whether you want to do your own thing on the evening
            of the 22nd or would prefer a restaurant outing.
	7. Whether you have any special dietary requirements (for
	   lunch or dinner).

Please respond even if you confirmed your attendance during the
conf call.

If you're only planning to attend part of the meeting, or know
that you will be arriving after the scheduled start time for a
particular day please let me know so that security's attendee
list can be annotated accordingly (visitors have to be escorted
to the Conference Suite).
