London F2F meeting - further update

First, the good news. The planned tube driver's strike for
the 21st has been called off!

Second, the weather. Nothing severe or unusual is expected
this week. Day-time temperatures will be around the 5 deg C
mark, with night-time temperatures in central London
probably just above 0 deg C. There might be the odd wintry
shower but no periods of heavy rain are expected.

Arrangements for Wednesday morning: the meeting is scheduled
to start at 10am. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available
in the meeting room from 9.30 onwards. Please report to the
security desk at the New Wing entrance on Waterloo bridge
approach (it's a very large and imposing entrance with its
own cobbled driveway - you can't miss it!). You will be
collected and escorted to the conference suite.

Have a safe journey to London, and I look forward to seeing
you all on Tuesday or Wednesday.
