     London, 9th June
     Chartered Accountants Hall
     Moorgate Place, London EC2

     Agenda: http://www.xbrl.org/uk/LondonAgenda/

HMRC and Companies House have recently introduced new e-filing services
for corporation tax and company accounts. It was announced in the Budget
that these will be expanded, and made mandatory in 2010.

To help explain these changes, the opportunities they present and their
impact on accounting firms and accountancy software vendors, you are
invited to attend a major conference, organised by the ICAEW and the XBRL
Consortium.

Lord Carter will provide the keynote address and reflect on his review of
HMRC online services. Other presentations will cover:

- Details of the new HMRC and Companies House services
- Demonstrations of new e-filing software
- Reasons to invest in XBRL, the technology underlying the new services
- Support for software vendors and accountants

Benefits of attending:
- Gain an understanding of the new services and get advice on using them
- Hear about how initial users are getting on
- Experience demonstrations of the technology being used
- Get an awareness of XBRL and the advantages it provides government
  and business

Who should attend:
- Accountants who need to implement these changes
- Software vendors who need to incorporate support for these new services
  in their products
- Government Agencies and anyone interested in finding out about why and
how HMRC and Companies House are implementing changes in e-filing and
the technologies and approaches that are being developed.

Registration is £98 (ex VAT) for the day (10.00-16.10), including lunch
and refreshments.
