I'm partial to the Hesperia Emperatriz due to its location, price, and the promise of free wireless Internet. You can get it for W-Th-F nights for 375.00 (breakfast is extra, 7% VAT is extra) on Expedia and many other sites. Meli Galgos sounds nice also, at 410.00 if you book Friday night as a separate stay. Not sure about Internet there.
