Indirect Tax issues

Dear Tax XML TC Members,

You may have heard that we are widening the scope of the OASIS E-Government activities, and in this context I would be grateful to know more about your continuing interest in indirect taxation issues. 

The Indirect Tax Reference Model  seems to me to be very relevant to the discussions we have had with a range of public authorities in the context of broader E-Government activities. 

I will join the call this coming Thursday April 26th. I understand that you will have a busy agenda regarding the Washington event, but if it would be possible to hear from you how we might link your work to other relevanet e-business best practices in the government sector, it would be very interesting.
