advancement of UDDI v2 spec

OASIS members:

Balloting for the advancement of the UDDI v2 Committee Specification to 
become an OASIS Standard has been completed. A record of the balloting

I am pleased to announce that the UDDI v2 specification has been 
approved as an OASIS Standard.

The UDDI Spec TC is to be congratulated on the work they have done in 
developing this specification.
