Public Review of UBL v2.0 PR3

To OASIS members, Public Announce Lists:

The OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC has recently approved the
following specification set as a Committee Draft and approved the package for
public review:

     Universal Business Language v2.0

The public review starts today, 21 September 2006, and ends 6 October 2006. This
specification was previously submitted for a 60-day public review on 20
January, 2006[1]; a subsequent 15-day public review was held from 28 July
through 12 August, 2006[2]. The 15-day review is limited in scope to changes
made from
the previous review. A spreadsheet documenting the changes made since the last
public review is provided in both OpenDocument and Microsoft Excel formats. This
is an open invitation to comment. 

We strongly encourage feedback from potential users, developers and others,
whether OASIS members or not, for the sake of improving the interoperability and
quality of OASIS work.

submitted to the TC by any person through the use of the OASIS TC Comment

Submitted comments (for this work as well as other works of that TC) are
