4.  ebXML Business Process Specification Schema Technical Specification v2.0.4

21 December 2006

The specifications each were approved as OASIS Standards, and are available at the URLs described in the Member Review notice at [3].

The original submission request from the relevant TCs to submit their standards can be found here:
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=52622

Subsequent member comments made regarding the proposed submission are publicly archived and can be reviewed here:
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oasis-member-discuss/

In compliance with the OASIS Liaison Policy [4], OASIS has reviewed the comments and concluded that the submission request as originally made by the TCs conforms to our rules and should be approved.  As comments have been offered on the proposal, OASIS is required to wait for 15 days after the posting of this Notice of Decision before transmitting the standards to ISO TC 154.  Accordingly, any formal objections should be raised by notification to OASIS management (laurent.liscia@oasis-open.org) no later than July 5, 2014.

Comments posted regarding this proposed submission inquired whether the specifications, and the approvals made by their source committees, all were adequately current;  OASIS has concluded that the rules were satisfied, and conducted further inquiry, the results of which indicate that there is no reason not to approve the TCs' request.
