[Telecom-MS] Minutes June 3rd, action items, first TC charter and Workshop updates

The attached files has:

 

1. Meeting minutes from the SC call that took place on Tuesday June 3rd.

2. Preliminary draft of the charter of the first TC than the Member Section is aiming for.

3. Draft Call for Presentation for the September 30th Workshop "Adopting SOA in Telecom" and an early program schedule

 

Actions items on me:

1. Mailing list test: done, I have sent an e-mail to telecom-ms@lists.oasis-open.org asking people to respond to make sure we know who is getting the e-mails.

2. Started e-mails to initiate a weekly call for the workshop steering committee to progress the workshop program.

3. Sending the charter of the new tc, workshop info as part of this e-mail.

4. TC formation process can be found at  http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/MindMaps/TechnicalCommitteeFormationProcess/index.html  (you may need MindMaps to read it). (remeber the Telecom MS SC will need to approve the charter before the OASIS process start (just before the draft charter submission), this can be done by adding 3-5 days to the flow chart).
