SOA Telecom article for Chinese publication

Changfeng Alliance, the host of the OASIS China Regional Office, publishes
a hard-copy magazine for Chinese companies, government officials, and
industry experts (circulation 5,000). 

They have requested a 3,000-5,000 word article on SOA and Telecom for a new
column they're planning on OASIS standards. The goal is to provide an
overview of the MS work and (hopefully) encourage more participation from
China in the OASIS Telecom Member Section.

If any OASIS Telecom participant is interested in writing this article,
please let me know.
