Update on your request TCADMIN-590, CSD Creation / Upload Request forTGF Pattern Language - Core Patterns

Hi John & members of the TGF TC,

I reviewed the request to create a Committee Specification Draft for
TGF Pattern Language this morning. I'm afraid I have to ask you for
one remedial action and one change in the ticket itself.

The remedial action needed is to fill out the acknowledgements
section. The TC Process, in section 2.18, Work Product Quality
(http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#specQuality)
says that "Any Work Product that is approved by the TC at any level
must include a list of people who participated in the development of
the Work Product." I am sure this was just an oversight as your primer
does include a complete list. However, I must ask you to revise the
working draft with the list, increment it as a new working draft,
reapprove and then update the ticket with the motion to approve and
the URL to the updated draft.

The change to the ticket is simply that you use the same URL to the
zip file in the ticket as you approved (quite properly and crisply) in
the minutes ("... Notes that the set of files required by the OASIS TC
process has been filed at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tgf/download.php/42962/TGF-PL-Core-v1.0-wd03-approved.zip...";).
I was able to confirm by going into Kavi at the submitted link that it
was indeed to this zip file. If you use the same zip file URL in the
ticket that you approve in the minutes, it saves me a step in
confirming and, much more importantly, eliminates any possibility of
confusion and delay on my part once we take up the ticket.

Once you have re-approved the working draft, you can either update the
ticket with a comment
(http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-590) giving the
link to the motion to approve and to the new working draft or send
them to me in an email and I will update the ticket for you.

This isn't a rush situation. We still have a number of tickets ahead
of 590 so it will be a few days before we take it up.
