Subject: RE: [tgf] TGF Principles
Thanks Nig. As you say getting the tense right is not easy. Maybe we’ll need to take a wider view across all the Patterns not just this one to get it right and be consistent. A challenge for Peter …-) John From: tgf@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:tgf@lists.oasis-open.org] On Behalf Of Greenaway Nigel Hi All, As discussed on Wednesday, I have attempted a further update of the principles section of the Primer and attached marked up and clean versions. <<20111104 - TGF-Primer-v1.0 Proposed Update to Principles Section (NG V2) - Changes Marked.doc>> <<20111104 - TGF-Primer-v1.0 Proposed Update to Principles Section (NG V2) - Clean.doc>> . On going thought this, I did encounter a little difficulty with the tense of some of statements but have taken the view that some decisions can be put in place at the beginning of a TGF programme (and put these in the present tense) whereas some statements represent planned outputs of the programme (and thus should be in the future tense).
