I would like to add to the list to discuss how best to create a "pull" market for the TGF.  This might be an eGov member sector activity instead of a TC wish list item.

The first step might be to figure out a strategy and approach to engage the following organizations where they likely generate the Pull if TGF is presented as a holistic system approach that supports what they do already:

• World economic forum http://www.weforum.org/
• World social forum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Social_Forum
• United nation/Rio 20 http://rio20.net/en/process
• Future Gov Asia: http://www.futuregov.asia/

We are working on a number of possible TGF profiles, eg local authorities, Emergency Management, etc and we will need to decide what changes any of these will impact on the Primer and CPL.  I don’t have a clear view on that at present and we will need to keep an eye on that impact as work proceeds.

 

This Wishes List approach is a method I have used on other TCs and has worked well but if you have other ideas, and thoughts on the timing on a v2, please share them.
