Subject: RE: [tgf] A couple of short papers for Thursday's call
Thanks Mark, two very interesting and thought provoking documents. Personally I think we should try and put as much flesh on the TGF bone as we can and would be agreeable to adding further guidance to the existing framework, but I look forward to hearing the views of other colleagues on both these issues. Apologies to you and other TC members for any confusion over the cancellation of the TC meeting. I think Nig was trying to be helpful and send out the invitations to everyone’s personal addresses in view of the pranksters but didn’t quite manage it……-) Hopefully everyone is now clear that the meeting is ON. When I got the cancellation notice, I though the meeting was going to be postponed and that I had more time! There are two documents attached: 1. A discussion document on Benefits Realisation. As the new kid in town, I want to make sure I understand the original intent correctly before proceeding to map out the detail of any proposed changes. 2.
