for the ‘alternate’ time, means Wednesday night for US West coasters, correct?

I mentioned on the last TC call the need to consider the timings of future meetings given that we now have Geoff and Colin badly affected
by the current times. Colin has always been very good at accepting a 6.00 am start but for Geoff this is worse with it being a 4.00am start. We have to spread the pain of unsocial hours by alternating the times even if that means some people cannot make
the odd meeting in future.
As far as I know we don't currently have anybody on US Eastern. We have Peter and Joe on USA Western, Geoff and Colin down under and
the rest of us are in Europe. So it's about upsetting the minimum number of people.
My suggestion is for us to alternate between the current times of
19.00 UK / 20.00 CEST / 14.00 EST / 11.00 PST / 06.00 NZ / 04.00 AUS
and 7.30 UK/ 8.30 CEST/ 2.30 EST /23.30 PST/18.30 NZ/16.30 AUS
When the clocks change later in the year we would alternate between
17.00 UK / 18.00 CET / 12.00 EST / 9.00 PST / 6.00 NZ / 3.00 AUS
and 7.30 UK/ 8.30 CET / 2.30 EST / 23.30 PST / 20.30 NZ / 17.30 AUS
Could I have your views on this proposal please and any alternative suggestions. If necessary I'll call for a vote on it on the next
TC call.
Note this does not change the confirmed date of the next meeting as
22nd May 2014 at 19.00 UK / 20.00 CET / 14.00 EDT / 11.00 PDT / 06.00 (23rd) NZ / 04.00 (23rd) AUS
