Fw: [tgf] Public review for TGF Executive Summary Version 1.0

The Public Review period for the TGF Executive Summary v1.0 has now closed and we have received one comment - see the attached comments resolution log. You will also see from that file that I am proposing we reject this comment as I believe our definition of Transformational Government is clear and well-founded.

We discussed this briefly on our last TC call and I sensed from that there was general agreement with this opinion. With that in mind I will instigate shortly a ballot to Reject the comment and agree to vote to approve the Exec Summary as a Committee Note. If anyone disagrees with Rejecting the comment please make your views know in the ballot and I will table a further discussion for our next TC meeting.

The reviews end on May 29th. I have emailed the announcements to the OASIS membership, posted them to the OASIS website, tweeted them and started discussions with them in the OASIS and eGov Community LinkedIn groups. The announcements will also appear on the OASIS Facebook page shortly. Please feel free to forward/retweet/link/comment on any of these to more broadly spread the news of your public review.

Also, please keep in mind the TC’s obligations to handle comments [1]. Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to the TC's comment list tgf-comment@lists.oasis-open.org. The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to monitor comments. All submitted comments must be acknowledged by the TC. In addition, the TC needs to maintain a log of comments received and their resolutions. The comment resolution log will need to be avaiable when you begin your next public review. A simple comment resolution log template is available in OpenDocument [2] and Office [3] format.
