Following Lars Marius remarks below:

I've added to the minutes the new list of Requirements and Recommendations as I harvested
it during the meeting. Writing them down, I figured that we had started at some point to
make a distinction between
Subject metadata and Subject Indicator metadata, and that the list of recommendations as I
got it does not make that distinction.
I don't remember if we settled that point, by saying that the distinction was not in the
scope of the first deliverable, or if we drifted to something else and forgot it ... (in
that case, my view of it is that it should be mentioned in the list of issues
non-addressed by the first deliverable)

Anyone can fix me?
