 From the replies of this mail it seems that this is not a good time.
Bernard, I realize that this is late, but can we change this to 
Friday  13:30 UTC?

That's 10:30 PM JST,  2:30 PM CET, 5:30 AM Seattle. If you agree, can we 
get a quick reply from everyone that this time is OK.

13:30 UTC is OK for me for every meeting, even on the weekdays.
My preferred time is to begin at 13:00 UTC, but this is a little early for 
Vivian, I think.
