As decided in today meeting, I've uploaded all the "old" website structure
in a miiror site on Mondeca server
http://www.mondeca.com/pubsubj/

And updated what was needed.

The "home" page is still sketchy, and there are certainly a few rotten
links to fix, but basically, this is it, and at least all the documents are
available ...

I will clean up the Kavi content later on.
