RE: [tm-pubsubj] Ballot text of First Deliverable available

Given the traffic on the SC34 list, I guess many of you have put this TC on
the back burner, and are not much eager to put the text into ballot now,
and prefer waiting for London meeting to vote, as decided in last meeting.
OTOH people who will not be attending in London would maybe like to cast
their vote before the meeting.

Thoughts?

Concerning the ballot, I thought we have decided in last meeting to vote in
London F2F?
