Bernard, before that, can you take Steve's final version and at least have 
it in our documents folder in OASIS?
I need to reference this for a paper (Deadline tomorrow), and I don't think 
I should give the above link. There can be a note from our TC Public home 
page where to find the Requirements, and then I will give the Committee 
home page link for now in the reference.
