[xtm-wg] Unfortunate change in plans for XTM meeting in Paris

XTM technical committee members:  
GCA has arranged for meeting space and AV equipment for the upcoming 
technical meetings on June 8-9.  We now discover that coffee and lunch is 
automatically provided by the conference facility as part of meeting 
arrangements.  Since this is a "package-deal" we are unable to separate the 
cost of coffee and lunches from the meeting space.  While GCA is certainly 
willing to pay for the meeting space and provide AV equipment, we are looking 
for help in covering the cost of the coffee and lunches, amounting to $40.00 
per day per attendee.  We are looking for the help of companies to sponsor 
refreshments for the meeting.  If we cannot find another sponsor, we will ask 
for individual donations to help cover this unexpected cost.
