This is a package including an edited version of Michel's 00-09-25 DTD.
I've parameterized the use of the XML namespace prefixes so that they're
not hardwired into the DTD (although there are defaults), mucked with
the XLink stuff and tried to prettify it as much as possible.

One of the reasons I've been playing is that I'm trying to figure out
what the overlap might be between our syntax and RDF, ie., where we
might find the basic RDF statement within our markup. I've got some
ideas, but I've not made such changes in the above-mentioned DTD. The
relevant file is 'xtm1.dtd'. The others, which include a version that
is 'xtm' prefixed, may be considered test files. HTML documentation may
be found in the 'doc' directory.
