[xtm-wg] ANNOUNCE: Update of XTM repository (new model)

I've updated the XTM web pages by posting the contents Daniel

I've not had a chance to update the XTM home page on this, but
the document itself is available at:

   http://www.doctypes.org/xtm/model/m20001030/model.html

I hope to update the XTM web page tomorrow (I have a short day today)
regarding this link.
