Here are a list of outstanding issues to resolve (not a complete list):

1. resource image (we have two complementary images- only one is available
at the moment)

2. that the predefined topics associations should rather than have labelled
attributes to define the role, should reference predefined topics from the
'role' attribute.

3. name could become topicname. where name is just the set of characters and
topicname is the thing that has context. This 'topicname' should not be
confused with the topicname of 13250 which was just a collection.

There are others but these are the main ones I can think of at the moment.
I'm sure that chris has a few to add.
