They are there -- look under the 'bibliography' section. Each entry has a
link to its respective specification.

The topicmaps.org web site is pretty simply laid out:

  topicmaps.org --|
   home page |
                  |---- XTM home page ----|
                                          |
                                          |---- XTM 1.0 Spec
                                          |
                                          |---- XTM Core 1.0 Spec
                                          |
                                          |---- XTM PM 1.0 Spec

* also as "./index.html", but we don't publish that URL.

The web pages related to each are in their respective subdirectory, eg.,
the "About TopicMaps.Org" is in the root directory.

But of course, suggestions on navigational aids are always welcome.

I will over the next day or so fix known problems with the web pages,
being today just back from a vacation in Hawai'i. Yes, snorkeling.
