[xtm-wg] Big topic map in XTM 1.0

The free XML tools topic map is now available in XTM 1.0 format at

The topic map has not been fully tested, so there may be problems with
it. If there are, please let me know.

It has grown in size from 270k to 764k in the translation from ISO
13250 format to XTM 1.0 format. Interestingly, when gzipped the ISO
version is 27k while the XTM version is 33k.
