[xtm-wg] XTM(P) Questions

Hi all,

I am currently working on a representation of Topic Maps in RDF, such 
that RDF tools can be used for Topic Maps as well.
After I went through the XTM and XTMP Specs I had a couple of 
questions:

- How is the unconstrained scope represented in the TM graph ? As a 
scope node with scope participant nodes to all topics in the current 
TM ? If yes, are all PSIs also included ?

- The XTMP Spec mentions a baseName element inside an occurrence 
element. The XTM Spec. does not mention that in the element 
definition. Where did I miss something ?

- Is a subject constituting resource uniquely identified in the graph 
by the PSI subjectConstitutingResource in the scope ?
