Well, here's the problem.  My motion only calls for moving all editors to
the front page.  Just how that is to be done is offered as a suggestion,
outside the motion.  I really like Jim's modification of my suggestion.  I
don't think it needs a vote.

BTW: I'm allowing voting to stop on 26 March, two weeks from today.  If we
get enough votes before that date, I'll report success and we shall move on.
