I think there are a number of models - processing and data that have been
developed. Where should these be posted? Submitted?

I've started already. I am working on a proposed data model and
processing model based on my earlier infoset-like strawman. (This was
presented in Berlin at the SC34 meeting.) This will be submitted to
ISO as a formal contribution. I intend to post it on the web and ask
for feedback before I do so.
