There are a number of places where tags described as:

Note: The name/value pairs defined in tags have no normative
interpretation.

I understand that TOSCA does not define normative interpretations for
user supplied key/value pairs but that does not mean they lack
normative interpretation.

Rather it means that TOSCA does not define any interpretation for such
key/value pairs.

Thus:

The interpretation of tag defined name/value pairs is not defined by
this specification.
*****

Replace at lines:

762, 1423, 1679, 1924, 2107, 2306, 2416, 2530 and 2770.
