As I was looking at the appendices it occurred to me that there is a
TOSCA "grammar" that appears in sections 4 - 16 and there is another
TOSCA "grammar that appears in Appendix C.

I assume the grammar in the text is an elided version of the one in
appendix C but without more I would not want to bet on it.

The DRY (Don't repeat yourself) principle.

If you think the pseudo-code will help readers (which I doubt), then
leave the version in the text in, but remove the appendix.

If you think it is more important to have the appendix, the remove the
elided version out of the text.

Personally I don't see the need for either one but you know your
community better than I do. The XML schema itself should be sufficient
for anyone who has a prayer of implementing this as XML.
