TOSCA Updated FAQ for TC Public Page

Hi Interop TOSCA-teers,

As many of you know, the FAQ on our TOSCA public page goes back almost 2 years. The Technical Marketing and Education Ad Hoc has approved these items to replace what is currently on the page so that follow-up research on the part of ODCA Forecast attendees will present an FAQ page better aligned with our messaging. This FAQ list is a living document and the Ad Hoc team intends to further develop and add to the list as needed, of course. By the way, I took the small liberty of making a minor change to the question on Docker. As worded, the answer made it sound a little like TOSCA was a product, so I just added a little verbiage to clarify. If there are significant protests in the next 24 hours, I will revert back to the original. Naturally, we will also ask for approval from the TC at Thursday’s meeting, too.

Q: Is TOSCA needed if you are already using Docker?
