In context of the discussion on TOSCA Issue 32 with Paul Zhang and others, it became our joint assessement the attribute @cascadingDeletion should be removed.

But for this specific issue here, it might closed with no further action.

If developers define a Relationship Type with cascadingDeletion setting to "no", then they want to reuse this Relationship Type but they want cascadingDeletion with the value of "yes". They have to define a new Relationship Type with cascadingDeletion setting to "yes" and no change to all other properties.
