I just upload working draft 10 that includes all the changes according to the recently presented proposal.

Note that this is a major update with lots of red-lines. A lot of the red-lines are also in old text because I did some restructuring to improve readability. I basically changed the flat bullet lists in the "Properties" sections to structured bullet lists according to the nesting of XML elements and find this is much easier to read now. Thanks to Doug for the suggestion BTW.
