I tend to like small baby steps and to follow the normal progression that I think people will
experience.  To that end, I tried to add a couple of small scenarios to the start of the TOC to
represent what I think many people will do when they play with the cloud and tosca.  In particular,
I think they will start with a single VM (like they do when playing with AWS) and then add more VMs
and eventually move to smaller deployment artifacts - like war/ear files.  And then move to using
services (e.g. DBs) provided by the service provider.

I also think that we need to introduce some of the tosca concepts very slowly to not only ease people
into it (because it can become complex very quickly) but to also make it clear that the perceived 
complexity is optional and there's no reason why you can't also do the simple (existing) deployments
people have today.
