IMPORTANT: For Transparancy - Please Avoid Private Primer Submissions

Hi TOSCA-ers,

In order to maintain transparency, please make your material submissions to the editors public and transparent by either: 

A. Posting a revised "Clean" copy of the latest working draft to Kavi documents (1) and then making a comment in TOSCA-60 (2). This is two-step process, but is preferred as it leaves a clear audit trail. 

B. A streamlined, one-step approach involves posting a revised "Clean" copy of the latest working draft to Kavi documents (1) and that will generate an automatic notice of the posting. The audit trail is less clear audit trail, but it is acceptable. 

C. The "lazy man's approach," of attaching your contributions to an email to the TC mailer list is discouraged due to space and network constraints of some members. 

IMPORTANT: Private communications of significant material submissions to the editors are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED, as they are not transparent, limit attribution, and decrease the time available for public comment and reaction.

TOSCA-16 remains the best way to suggest grammar, spelling, and other non-material changes.

Please submit any additional content/corrections/changes to this revision using this copy as a basis using "track changes" and posting to the TC directly and/or emailing changes to one of the Primer general editors (i.e. Frank or Matt.
