The Institute of Architecture (IAAS) of the University of Stuttgart is successfully using the Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) v1.0 CS01 as approved on 19 March 2013, in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS policy. This successful use/implementation included the interoperation of another independent implementation.
