Is there any semantic for declaring Capabilities / Requirement directly on Node Templates without having to define them on a type?  For example, if I have MyPHPAdmin web app that I want to deploy that is already of NodeType PhpWebApp, but I want add some additional resource requirement at deployment time for MyPHPAdmin, do I really have to create a brand new NodeType of MyPHPAdmin just to define that requirement on that NodeType so that I can add the requirement in the template?  (please forgive my adhoc example).
