I had a discussion with Thomas and Matt today on Tosca-117.
We believe that what I entered into the implementer's guide (section 6) covers enough and is sufficiently understood by Thomas that Thomas will represent it at the next TC meeting on my behalf since I will be out on vacation.
There is additional discussion on flexible use of requirements which we've discussed in the SC and which Derrick started a document on (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tosca-interop/download.php/50157/FlexibleUseOfRequirements.docx ). However, we believe that needs additional vetting and doesn't need to be linked to 117. So I asked Matt to open a separate issue on that and assign to Derrick (if he agrees). This should allow 117 discussion to be constrained to a smaller problem set (which I've put in the implementers guide) and to be discussed in the TC.
