Overall substance of this "clarification":
- Further improvements to the clarity of the Charter with more explicit
mention of abstract components, and clarification of the non-normative
status of concrete component types (intended as a non-normative
deliverable)
- also avoid the ambiguous "non-vendor specific" _expression_.
