The TC on 5 Sept 2013, in response to public comment #1-8, passed a motion that stated: "Treat the comments related to "document references", currently number 1-8 in spreadsheet, in the same fashion, which is: a.) classify them as non-material changes, b.) address them as part of an Errata to the v1.0 Spec and c.) instruct the co-editors to fix the references. Furthermore, the TC empowers the co-chairs to construct a formal response for review in the next meeting."

I am taking the liberty of assigning one of the co-editors to this so that we don't lose sight of this consideration during future errata editorial work. The editors may choose (and are encouraged) to consider this further and make recommendations.
