Sorry, I must elaborate that a second LOA requires TC approval only if it happens during the same 12 month period as the first LOA. Again, have a great vacation!

Thanks for the heads-up. Your leave of absence is granted. Please be advised that a second LOA is possible, but would require a TC motion to approve, so a little more lead time may be needed. Enjoy your vacation!

according to the TC process, I would like to inform you that I will be out for  vacation starting June 2 and ending June 20, 2014. Therefore, I am requesting a leave of absence for the TC meetings on June 5, 12 and 19.
