I am very sorry, but I have no record of receiving your email. May I suggest the following solution, which achieves the same intent of preserving your TC voting privileges, similar to what I just proposed for Jacques Durand, and that also fulfills other requirements:

As you know, OASIS process requires 7-day notice sent to the TC, we would have to activate this LOA before next week’s meeting, which we will do. Since you already have TC voting privileges, you will still maintain them with this approach.

Also, I am taking the liberty of forwarding to the TC, as this is also required.

Finally, please be aware that a second LOA within 12 months will have to be approved by the TC, which our TC members would be glad to do, I’m sure, but all the more reason to post your request to the TC reflector as early as you can.

Within that context, naturally LOA approved starting next Thursday, June 26^th for three weeks (adjusted). Enjoy your holiday.
